The flashlight also disappears when he walks through the curtains, which I've always found funny since he's just took it from Truman.
I'm excited for Deming's take on TP since he wasn't around for the original series. I was worried it might follow in Inland Empire's style visually but this teaser looks a lot closer to Lost Highway which is just perfect.

Nah, Inland Empire was always going to be a one-off really. A major TV network would never commission something like that anyway, it's basically unbroadcastable.
I LOVE Deming's work, he and Lynch are terrific together. It flows very naturally into the style Lynch and Garcia created visually on FWWM too so it should be a nice, natural evolution and progression.
These teasers also often end in vague somewhat familiar but impossible to place noise samples. Of course the first teaser had the sudden zzzapp! but I'm digging the more subtle stuff in the last two. They remind me of the incredible and often abstract sound design of FWWM...

I think it's a reverse footstep sound or something like that. Something backwards. Probably taken from a scene in the Red Room.
speaking about the pin, i cant find a good detail picture of the pins Coop wears in the red-room dream.
Also, the tie he wears there... holds any meaning?
It's just the way the new footage has been shot and lit, probably. The picture on the right is from a behind the scenes teaser so it's going to look different from the finished show (if indeed it's from the finished show!)
