If the new Lynch project isn't Season 4, I hope some of you will be okay.
I'm not gonna lie, I'd be pretty disappointed. If just because .. well, time's ticking and Peaks in another 5 years seems .. exceedingly unlikely.
But, it's part of why I want them to just announce the thing and what it is. Rip the band-aid off so I can set my expectations and either get excited for more Peaks, or come to peace with it not being Peaks and start to get exciting for something brand new.
If I'm understanding correctly, Mordeen is saying no S4! Meanwhile I found this meme on Twitter which can easily apply to (a possible) S4 as much as it did to S3...

Enumbs, Mordeen has proven to be in the know in the past. Also, the cryptic clues. besides being fun, makes it less likely that this whole thread will suddenly be deleted - or get sources into trouble.
When the clues don’t amount to anything more than “Oh boy, something’s round the corner, you better believe it, wouldn’t you like to know” then it’s all a bit smug and tiresome.
I'm certainly not in this for attention. The attention I gained from joining the Twin Peaks community after decades of avoiding it has largely been negative. After the Return aired I stepped away again. I'm here because I have something to offer to the current discussion,.
I share the things I know when or if it's safe to do so, in whatever way I can, because there's a fair amount of decent people here who are interested.
When S3 was announced, Lynch and Frost simultaneously tweeted "It is happening again", I am just thinking that should whatever happen (be it TP related or not), Lynch should tweet "You can go out now". Jokes aside, hopefully something happens eventually, but do not burn yourselves with too much anxious anticipation.
