Hello all! Question. How does one make their own avatar for their profile? I have attempted to make a Little Nicky Needleman avatar, however the picture I have attempted to use is too big for it to work. Thanks for any help anyone can provide!

Just resize it in any image editing software. If you're on Windows, you can edit it in Paint - right click on the image file, click edit. When it opens in Paint, find the "Resize" button, select "resize by Pixels" and "maintain aspect ratio", then make sure the dimensions don't exceed 160x160 pixels, save the image and upload it.
I'll see you in the trees

The betting thread has a few pre-formatted avatars you can grab too.
