I've never seen the fanedit version that combines the movie and the missing pieces. Is it worth tracking down? Also, FWWM and The MIssing Pieces should be available to stream in UK/Europe - but they're not. I have the boxset, but my blu-ray player doesn't work well and these days I mostly just stream. I tried signing up to The Criterion Channel, but not available in my region.
I have no idea where this will lead us, but I have a definite feeling it will be a place both wonderful and strange.

I never watch anything that wasn't intended by the director, but sometimes it's fun to see what might have been if the director hadn't been able to see his vision through. In the case of the FWWM supercut, I thought it was worth watching simply to see the original script come to life...especially since Lynch obviously loves those scenes. The real, purposefully lean movie is of course preferable, but...The fan edit is fun because in many ways it seems like the real link between the original series and The Return. It both feels more like the original series, like the original series had continued in miniseries form, and also feels similar to The Return, like a very different beast with Twin Peaks characters inserted in slice of life fashion. So I think it's worth a spin if you're curious.

That sounds interesting and appealing. (I wonder if I can find it anywhere to stream rather than download, but probably not.)

Not sure if this has been posted here before, saw it on a Lynch related Instagram page the other day and thought it was funny.

Vargtimmen is one of the more disturbing Bergman films I have seen. Good recommendation, but, even more so, I would recommend any / all of his films to any human being, not just Lynch enthusiasts.

RAV Vast C Blues
C3 D#3 F3 F#3 G3 A#3 C4 D#4 F4 F#4

This RAV has a mysterious but light mood. Our inspiration for this scale was music from the TV series "Twin Peaks" by Angelo Badalamenti. Morning, you play the RAV C Blues, drink a damn fine cup of coffee with good cherry pie, and still have no idea who killed Laura Palmer...

RAV Vast D Blues
D3 F3 G3 G#3 A3 C4 D4 F4 G4 G#4

D Blues is a passionate instrument. It combines dynamics and mystery, as a result, creates a sense of understatement. This is The Black Lodge from the world of music: can you solve its riddle?
