pretty sure it's from the fourth episode (Laura' funeral) -right before they get horizontal on the rug.

It's a great find.

Pilot is episode "0" so it's episode "3" ("4" counting pilot as episode "1").

Wow, what a find! Thanks for uploading this. What a blast to watch.

Generally I like how the scene was cut (Coop's line about being mad is a bit too on-the-nose and Hawk's "Anytown, USA" disrupts the flow of his dream-soul speech, which I love). But I do like that speeding-ticket ancedote. It's always fascinating to learn how Laura and other members interacted - that's one of my favorite things about season 1 and the Missing Pieces too.

Cool.

You know what's interesting, I don't think Coop is ever shown drinking alcohol on the show. He sometimes has a drink in front of him, but he never drinks it. One scene where he's sitting at the Roadhouse bar, he picks it up and puts it down during the course of the conversation, without ever drinking any.

Hoo boy, those automatically-generated English subtitles are useless! I hope somebody who speaks Swedish can get on a translation. Same goes for the Japanese videos I posted on another thread.

Re: the Lee/Ashbrook video - awesome! Has anybody posted the Lee/Wise/Fenn FWWM Q&A from Canada yet? I hope SOMEONE there was recording...it sounded like a great event. Or, I guess, anyone who was there wanna recap? All I know is they had apparently all been drinking ;).

EDIT: Wow, the visual quality of the early nineties interview with Lynch is amazing. What's the context of this special (and its presentation)?

Swedish is not my first or even second language, but probably the third one (I'm from Finland, near Sweden). As it happens I have just started to learn basic Swedish again in my University so translating this to English is a good practise for me. I think I'll have at least a passable English translation for you ready in a week or two, it won't be 100% perfect but with that you'll get a much better sense of what the host is speaking (I agree that those auto-english subtitles are horrible :P ).
