Re-watching the series yet again, I am amazed how several characters make such a lasting impression with so little screen time. Jacques Renault and The Giant, for example.

okay that's not too bad then. I would guess the last two episodes will probably be aired together too, that would make for a finale airdate of the last sunday of august.

Agreed. I thought David Warner was in loads of episodes, yet he was barely there at all.

Don't get excited...but this is today's tease. Just reminding that the series premiered today 27 years ago.

Interesting... the Facebook page calls this a puzzle. Do we think there's anything to this other than the obvious Red Room quote?

Beats me. I think it's labelled puzzle 1 though, so maybe we'll get some more that give a clearer sense of .. what the puzzles are (though I wouldn't be shocked if it's just scrambled quotes from the original run)

Ok, so those of you who think a new teaser will come out today; what potential footage would send you mad with anticipation?
I'd love Nadine silently opening the lodges' red curtains to reveal a present day Laura with her hands crossed like we left her last time, grinning ecstatically. Fade to title.

Even if they show all the famous locations like the Falls,The Great Northern Hotel,Sheriff Station,Lauras House etc from the new Season without any dialogues,it will be great. It wont spoil anything and us fans will also be happy at seeing new footage. They have 18 hours of footage, showing atleast 2 mins of that wont cause any harm. Its not even 1%.Also those puzzles were so cringeworthy

LOL.

The footage I would love to see is anything hinting to Sheryl Lee or Laura Dern's roles, just because I'm a big fan.
Recipe not my own. In a coffee cup. 3 TBS flour, 2 TBS sugar, 1.5 TBS cocoa powder, .25 TSP baking powder, pinch of salt. 3 TBS milk, 1.5 TBS vegetable oil, 1 TBS peanut butter. Add and mix each set. Microwave 1 minute 10 seconds. The cup will be hot.

Yes the puzzles are pretty bad.
I just thought that a late teaser campaign would be perfect for 1 minute set pieces that won't even appear in the show, but 'live' in the mythos and feel of the show.
Like Carl Rodd languidly making coffee in a dark trailer.
Albert going through documents at his desk, with a framed picture of Harry where family photos are typically placed.
Jacoby reading Manga at work.
Ben and Jerry counting money, Ben spits in the fire.
A disfigured Leo scrubbing a log cabin.
Bobby doing a Danny Zukko dance.
A new character at the double R, buying perfume.
