I got chills watching that video.

Missing Pieces aside, that was the first new Twin Peaks content we've had in over two decades.

Shit just got real.

If some rumours are true then it's got to be Becky, The Young Reporter. It's like her "Secret Diary".

They're not, and Becky is not a reporter.

A friend just mentioned that Phillip Gerard's purported best friend, the veterinarian whose office was near the conveyance store, was named Bob Lydecker. He was also mentioned to be in a coma due to assault at the time of the first season.

I think there is a small possibility he is the Robert mentioned in Frost's reading- it would fit the bill as a local but also somebody who may have a bit more insight into the supernatural and the criminal secrets of Twin Peaks and environs given the few clues we are given about him.

This would be awesome. I really hope you're right.

Apologize if this has been shared here before, but finding a pre-order for the audio book (CD) on Amazon was news to me :D : https://www.amazon.co.uk/Secret-History ... YQKN4BRTDH
EDIT: Old news. Sorry. It's the digital version we're waiting for.

Also, Deputy Andy thinks people should stop sinking their beer cans there.

I guess I assumed Lynch/Frost would be moving onto new ideas and entirely new mysteries. This gives me great hope that they really are going to expound on the mythologies of the original series, especially in the book.

Here's an interesting tidbit from the cards!

Other than that, tagline + owl cave symbol makes me hope that Frost will expand on that bit of lore. I'm not convinced by owl cave as it stands, it's too rushed and there are a couple of apparently unexplained contradictions. And sure enough TP is, like, made of apparently unexplained contradictions, but it's different when they are intended. Whereas in that stretch of the show, they admitted to winging it on a couple of other subplots already so it could be just as rushed as it looks. But I'm sure all it takes to make it a lot more mysterious and intriguing is adding some more info, so, bring it on!
