Wow! That's uncanny--and they say it was based on a book...

I'm currently more than halfway through the book, Pines. It's pretty good and gripping, the town and hotel are definitely based on Twin Peaks, though the actual story is more the Twilight Zone inspired.

Trailer is here for those who haven't seen it.

I know it's only a trailer, but I'm definitely getting hints of Twin Peaks, The Prisoner and The Twilight Zone from it. I've just got the first e-book, Pines, so I look forward to seeing how it plays out.

I'll look for the book! Thanx for the heads up.

While the book isn't available in my library system, the DVDs are in my saved queue in Netflix! Hopefully, Netflix will acquire them soon.
