Thanks. For some reason his trailer seems to have been removed at the behest of the studio at a few sites, so good job finding one that actually works. I was actually kind of interested in this movie but this trailer reminds me of those low-budget B movies they show on the Sci Fi Channel (and I consider calling them "B movies" pretty generous on my part). If the director hadn't been David Lynch's daughter it looks like it could've gone straight to DVD. But maybe I'm being too quick to judge. I guess we'll see when it comes out.

You're right, this Synopsis is indeed much too long; the idea does not look promising, I did not like Surveillance at all, so I don't have much hope for this one, but we'll see. I might be surprised!

I had no idea this film had even been made but after seeing the trailer I'm actually quite excited.

I ordered the Surveillance DVD last week and it should be here any day now.

I thought both trailers (the one on the main page having a lot more quick cuts between scenes) were very evocative and exciting. I'm a little worried though that Ms. Lynch has overplayed her hand, that the trailers seem to give away too much of the plot, not to mention showing the creature.

I'm guessing this is never going to be released on DVD in the UK or US? Le sigh.

There is a documentary about the making of the film has been announced and a trailer is up. You can find an article about it and the trailer here: http://www.bleedingcool.com/2012/03/26/ ... -darkness/
It really looks like she didn't have a good time working on Hiss.
