My own version of the Twin Peaks themes
Hi guys, I've been busy the past couple of weeks making my own version of the Twin Peaks themes, please come and give it a listen if you have time. I gave it an orchestral feel using my electric piano and orchestral samples.

Wow. That's beautiful. Great job.
Re: My own version of the Twin Peaks themes
Thank you very much, it was a labour of love and has kept me busy while I'm trying to be patient for the new series

Hey fellow hobbyist, (I used to rock EastWest orchestral libraries on my digital piano all the time, now more busy with jazzy stuff)
You did very good, the sound is very rich. Dunno if you're looking for constructive criticism but I think you could at a little more orchestral percussion at some pieces, though that wouldn't be very true to the original.
I'm curious, do you also have original work?

Hello! Thanks for your reply, I think you're right, I need to purchase the orchestral percussion samples I think, to give it more dynamic range. I also think I should have made some of the string sections a bit quieter in parts too. I do do my own stuff too, although it's more Progressive rock, my latest album is a prog rock album with some orchestration added in too Have a peak at my website for links to youtube and the albums on Bandcamp www.davelocke.co.uk

It's happening again...
Hi guys, been a while since I've been here but thought I'd share a little cover I put together yesterday. It's the scene from Twin Peaks that I always found very moving, so here's a guitar based interpretation. I made the backing track too.

Or maybe add weird synth sounds and SFX, like Lynch does these days. By the way, l think you need a costume, you know, something sinister. Like an owl suit, at the risk of just looking cuddly.jemdave13 wrote:Hello!
