There are 3 at least (maybe more).
But they are probably not long versions. All of them (at least in a series) starts from the bridge, then horus and only a few accords of main theme. I hope there is at least one long version of this theme on piano.
1) FWWM Dark Themes Bundle (Including It's Your Father, Wash Your Hands, and Laura Visits Harold)
2) James Visits Laura from FWWM
3) Laura Palmer Theme Solo Piano from FWWM (aka Goodnight Princess)
4) On the Way to the Traincar from FWWM
5) Laura Palmer Ghost Theme from the Picnic Video ("Help Me") and Laura Palmer Theme from the series when Donna reads final pages of Laura's Diary (aka Letter from Harold)

These would pretty much be my choices as well, but I would also love to get Cooper Shot (Giant's Theme) and pretty much any variation on Laura Palmer/Love Theme.
"Where are the cookies?"
"You mean Fred & Ginger?"
"Dancing..."

Great choices. Letter from Harold is a good one. Also hope that the Piano/On the Air version of Half Heart is released as well.
Well, most probably that you call as "reprise" is included in the intro theme in my opinion. Unlikely 8-sec. fragment should be released separately. Furthermore there is longest version of intro in scene with Nadine and Ed talking about unsuccessful attempt to patent - 1:09
I'm not X-files fan but... damn, the truth is really out there!
