I am also hoping for some scenes between Sarah and Beth. I think that would be great. Not holding my breath though.

TP Fan #1 "Hey did you see last night's episode of Twin Peaks? That last part was amazing!" TP Fan #2 "Um, dude, get your Season 3 terminology straight. You should have said, 'The last scene of last night's part was amazing." TP Fan #3 "Hey, its not called 'Season 3', it's c...

Re: Why does he smash his head into the mirror?

This is the first time we see Bob's actual possession of a human host. We observe the thrill he gets while physically squeezing the toothpaste tube into the sink. He becomes ecstatic and giddy with laughter after he smashes his head into the mirror. He is truly excited to have returned to human form...

Is that a reference to Agent Cooper's line to Jacoby, "It's usual in case of strangulation for the victim to reboot his bowels."

Haha, I was just being facetious about "sike" but I did learn there are 3 ways to spell it.

Let's get back on topic before one of the Mods have to step in and write, "Let's get back on topic."

Re: NO SPOILERS: Twin Peaks Season 3 on Showtime May 21st 2017

Sorry, I don't mean to be pedantic but did you mean to type "syke" or "psych?" :p

sike
noun (Northern English, Scottish)
A small stream or rill, typically one that flows through marshy ground and is often dry in summer.

Re: NO SPOILERS: Twin Peaks Season 3 on Showtime May 21st 2017

Actually, I think Frost's book will turn out to be more of a retcon than a reboot. :p edit: Then Lynch will use Season 3 to retcon parts of Frost's book and Frost will retcon parts of Season 3 with The Final Dossier. Then maybe we'll finally find out how that "small box of chocolate bunnies&quo...

Re: NO SPOILERS: Twin Peaks Season 3 on Showtime May 21st 2017

I will preface this by saying I'm not trying to start a war I'm just throwing in my 2 cents. :D Actually, this is one instance where semantics is important because we are talking about accurately describing the continuation of the series. Using the word "reboot" is not only an inacurate wa...

Re: [No spoilers] Level of excitement for the new characters?

I am tempering my excitement for certain actors/characters. When I first saw FWWM in 1992 I expected Calvin Lockhart and Jurgen Prochnow to have more screen time than they actually did. Bowie's screen time was less than I expected also but his scene (though not substantial) is one of the highlights...
