Re: Part 13 - What story is that, Charlie? (SPOILERS)
"JUST YOUOOO!!!!" I started laughing hysterically when I realized what was happening at the Roadhouse. Best. Performance. Of. The. Season.
I do wonder if the woman started crying knowing who inspired the song. I had a feeling it was sung in memory of three girls:
Laura, Maddie and Donna.
And boy did this week's Audrey and Charlie scene raise some questions. I truly have no idea what is happening here, but boy do I love the mystery of it all.

Re: Part 13 - What story is that, Charlie? (SPOILERS)
Initial thoughts:
1. THAT JAMES HURLEY PERFORMANCE WAS ICONIC XD
2. Walter is a dick
3. I think there could be something brewing between Nadine and Dr. Jacoby/Amp romantically
4. I wonder what Richard's link to that warehouse/arm wrestling place is
5. So nice to see Big Ed and more plot development with Norma
6. Tom Sizemore and Kyle Maclachlan deserve Emmy nominations
7. Audrey's dialogue (don't remember it word for word) of feeling like she's somebody else and somewhere else, makes me think she has amnesia resulting from her coma, especially since she didn't remember where the Roadhouse was
8. The ending credits scene with Big Ed sipping soup was so perfect

I'm noticing a pattern here. Every episode with Dougie Coop = Amazing. Every episode with Candie = Amazing. I don't think I even need to score tonight's episode.
Also, James was always cool.

Can't believe that ancient Renzo rumor/spoiler came true. Although the part about them being "Irish gangsters" didn't, I guess.

Re: Part 13 - What story is that, Charlie? (SPOILERS)
Audrey seems to be suffering from some kind of dementia.
Totally contextualizes part 12 (as expected).
This was a really interesting part. It seems pretty clear that Mr. C. still had BOB inside, as I've been claiming for weeks.
Interesting that Richard Horne is now at the farm. Wonder if he'll partner up with Mr. C.?
Dougie and the Trio are wonderful together!
Poor Ed still isn't with Norma.
The final James scene was awesome and it looks like he may finally have love in his future.
Lots of great stuff this part -- time for the rewatch. I don't know how anyone isn't rewatching these 2 or 3 times after the first view. These parts demand multiple views.

Just out of curiosity, what were the original rumors?BGate wrote:Can't believe that ancient Renzo rumor/spoiler came true. Although the part about them being "Irish gangsters" didn't, I guess.

the girl that was crying was the same one in the 1st episode sitting at the shelly table at the roadhouse where they said "james is looking at you".raltenbach wrote:"JUST YOUOOO!!!!" Whoa.
That was a surprisingly disturbing episode IMO.
I am particularly weirded out by the "story" piece. It turned that annoying, non sequitur of an argument between Audrey and that frustratingly calm "husband" of hers... there was something weird about that whole thing... like, is Audrey being held against her will? Probably not.. but something is up.. "this is like Ghostwood" or something to that effect (Audrey said)

Lots of characters stuck in a loop, or just stuck in place. Hence, the repetition of the Jacoby scene and the "circle of hell" reference.mtwentz wrote:Great episode/part/hour. So much to unpack. Never knew Norma used only organic cherries! Is Sarah caught in a time loop?
Poor Sarah. Poor Audrey.
