At this point, I don't even know.

I think Tom Sizemore's character might take a shot at Dougie before Hutch does, as he's still on the hook (and was told that if he failed to get the Mitchum's to do it, he'd have to kill Dougie himself).

Also, Dougie's prints were sent to the Justice Department quite a few episodes back (Episode 9, I think?), so, I wouldn't be shocked if that finally pays off.

I think too it's probably about time that Hawk/Bobby/Frank take their trip (given that it seems a day passed in Twin Peaks in Episode 12).

As for Eddie Vedder, I feel like his song will show up after a very big episode, as it's a pretty emotional song (if the "Running out of sand" song really is the one he ends up playing), possibly after a potential Janey-E and Sonny Jim death, but, who knows if that'll be next episode.

I'm voting for Big Ed. I've given up on Cooper waking up already...

Cooper wakes up, but he wakes up as Dougie so nothing changes.

I voted that we'll see Big Ed. Iv'e been thinking about the Bookhouse Boys ever since Margaret spoke to Hawk about the Truman brothers being "true men" along with the others who have been with him over the years (something to that effect). I think we'll see Hawk and Sheriff Truman recruit both Ed and James to help out as they go to investigate Jack Rabbit's Palace.

Also expecting to see some major movement on the Las Vegas front, with possibly an attempted hit on Dougie by Hutch and/or Anthony, but I'm not sure we'll see that in the next episode or not. When we do, I expect that Dougie's new best friends the Mitchum brothers will be there to protect him from harm.

I'm also waiting for the Las Vegas Sheriff's Department to get those prints back on Dougie (which will match Agent Cooper's) and somehow get word to the FBI. That's the one thing left that will bring it all together for Gordon Cole and the gang -- and send them to Las Vegas for the face-to-face with Dougie that I predict will be what it takes for Agent Cooper to snap out of it.

Come on, let's wait for Cooper to wake up until 2042 when Season 4 premieres 25 years from now. Harry Dean Stanton will be 116 by then and still smoking like a chimney - and I'll be 60 and therefore chances are (hopefully!) good that I'll get to witness... ;)
No more risky business, no more flying planes or riding cars for me then, for the next 25 years. And strictly whole foods ONLY.

I'm joking of course.

My money's on Coop "returning" in part 13 or 14.

...no surprises. No major developments, some gentle teasing of the plot towards the finale. Dougie learns to make his own sandwich, Cole sketches a panda, Truman, Hawk and Bobby go to Jack Rabbit's palace but the gift shop is closed.

Lots of pace, action and creepiness. That, or yet more mental garmonbozia.

The question isn't really a spoiler, but the answer might be:
Spoiler:
Was the source of the rumours that Cooper would wake up in Part 13 ever established? I assume not, because most people still think he won't.

I think we're about due a Big Ed scene.

(Not that this means we'll get one, but one can wish)
As a matter of fact, 'Chalfont' was the name of the people that rented this space before. Two Chalfonts. Weird, huh?
