Very, VERY hard to choose...

It could have been one of four: Mulholland Drive, Eraserhead, Lost Highway, or Twin Peaks FWWM.

But, today at least, I choose Lost Highway.

Yltnereffid leef yam I worromot, esruoc fo.

P.S. I have yet to see Inland Empire.

I haven't been able to see INLAND EMPIRE, either.
But I think my ultimate favorite will always be Blue Velvet.

I voted FWWM. It's pure genius. I could watch it over and over. Not seen IE yet, though.

I really, really need to watch FWWM again. I've only watched it once. I just remember that even though I knew going into it that it wasn't much like the series and wouldn't be what I expected, it was still somehow different from what I expected not to expect... if that makes any sense. Either way, it freaked me out in a good way and I need to re-visit.

I had a hard time choosing between Blue Velvet and Mulholland Dr. I went with the Blue but MD is right in there, too bad we can't split our vote!

I love the heck out of Inland Empire too. But I may have to watch it several more times to really dig it. That's what I love about DL's work, you can watch it over and over and savor it slowly while it works it's way into you.

Damn fine movies!

Deffo! They're the kind of movies you think are great first time of watching, and they just get better and better! :)

Well, now that I've seen it, it's definitely INLAND EMPIRE.

Lost Highway is my choice, but still to see Inland Empire, I live a long way from any cinema that might show it unfortunately.

I'm surprised that no one has voted for INLAND EMPIRE or WILD AT HEART, and that only 22 out of 199 users have voted.

sloclub, we've got a lot of people signed up that aren't really members. They are/were spambots and too much trouble to delete. And most members of online forums aren't that active.

I'm guessing that not enough people have seen IE, and although I love WAH, it's not among other people's top favorites and never has been--it's been called "too mainstream."
