-Twin Peaks Trading cards by Star Pics

I thought we should go into more detail about these as there has been some confusion over the years about the autographs connected to the set. Released in 1991, Star Pics originally planned on releasing the cards in blue foil packs of 25. However, they changed course and decided to release the full set in a box. One or two boxes of foil packs managed to get out the door and turn up on eBay now and then.
The autographs. Although common now, Star Pics were in fact one of the first companies to release a card set based on a TV show with random autographs inserted. This is now a common practice with many TV shows and movies. This is where the confusion starts. Although stated on a sticker on boxes that random autographs were included in some boxes, in fact, VERY FEW autograhs were actually inserted. The reasons for this are a little unclear. Star Pics ended up keeping most of the auto cards for themselves. They were about to go out of business however and this might have had something to do about it.
Mega-collector Bruce Phillips at some point contacted Star Pics and managed to purchase their remaining stock of autographed cards. He sold these for the next ten plus years through his 'Twin Peaks Collectables' catalouge. There are 36 known autographed cards. Each has a Star Pics certified gold sticker. Here is a complete list of all known cards:

Kyle MacLachlan (Dale Cooper)
Michael Ontkean (Sheriff Harry S. Truman)
Mädchen Amick (Shelly Johnson)
Dana Ashbrook (Bobby Briggs)
Richard Beymer (Benjamin Horne)
Lara Flynn Boyle (Donna Hayward)
Sherilyn Fenn (Audrey Horne)
Warren Frost (Dr. William Hayward)
James Marshall (James Hurley)
Everett McGill ("Big Ed" Hurley)
Jack Nance (Pete Martell)
Ray Wise (Leland Palmer)
Piper Laurie (Catherine Martell)
Austin Lynch (Pierre Tremond)
Frank Silva (BOB)
Sheryl Lee (Laura Palmer)
Sheryl Lee (Madeliene Ferguson)
Joan Chen (Josie Packard)
Michael Horse (Tommy 'Hawk' Hill)
Miguel Ferrer (Albert Rosenfield)
Harry Goaz (Andy Brennan)
Grace Zabriskie (Sarah Palmer)
Angelo Badalamenti
Mark Frost
Eric Da Rae (Leo Johnson)
Catherine Coulson (The Log Lady)
Wendy Robie (Nadine Hurley)
Don Davis (Major Briggs)
Carel Struycken (The Giant)
Kimmy Robertson (Lucy Moran)
Julee Cruise (Roadhouse Singer)
Russ Tamblyn (Dr. Jacoby)
Ian Buchanan (Richard 'Dick' Tremayne)
Jennifer Lynch
David Patrick Kelly (Jerry Horne)
Al Strobel (One-Armed Man)
David Lynch *

Notes:

-Harry Goaz signed a few cards as 'Deputy Andy'. These are very rare

-Sheryl Lee signed a few of Harry Goaz's cards making it a double signed card! These are very rare

-Cards for the producers were planned but scrapped. Some still survive, mostly as uncut sheets

-Sheryl Lee signed cards both as Laura and Madeliene. She signed far fewer as Laura

-Joan Chen signed very few cards. She also signed some cards in Chinese.

* See the post by Bruce Phillips further on in this thread concerning the Lynch card

I have a copy of one of the drafts of the scripts for the final episode. I picked it up from a trip to the States some time ago, but I don't know whether it's just a photocopy or an original.

The cover page is green and has the following text:
TWIN PEAKS #29
(Episode 2.022)

by

Mark Frost
&
Harley Peyton
&
Robert Engels

FIRST DRAFT: February 14, 1991
Rewrite/ DEPT. HEADS' DISTRIBUTION: February 25, 1991
Revised: February 28, 1991 - BLUE

I think the clue to spotting original TV scripts is whether they have colour pages within them. There should be some blue pages within this one, identifying those pages that were revised on Feb 28, as noted on the cover.

From my private collection. 8x10 color owl cave photo prop. Used in sherrif station clipped to a wire next to the blackboard. You can see it clearly in several shots mostly when Andy is staring at the blackboard in episode 28. Within the storyline, this is how they got the outline to draw on the blackboard. The prop dept. made several copies (As backups) So it would be hard now to tell exactly which one was used in the episode. Amazingly, i've actually owned two of these at one point. I sold one to a chap in England years ago. I got one from Bruce Phillips and one direct from a crew member. This has never been copied or mass produced:

Around 1999 or so, Richard Beymer started offering pictures he shot during the last days of filming the last episode of Twin Peaks. There were 13 proof sheets lettered 'A' thru 'M' Each came with a signed by Richard COA. Also, individual prints were offered. I have all 13 proofs plus various single pics. Here is a sample selection:

Orginal 'Miss Twin Peaks' flyer. I got this from a crew member. However, with all the copies out there it must be hard to tell the difference now:

This is one of the figurines that Nadine had in her home on her shelf. All of them were wounded in some way:

Original 'Double RR' menu. Only 8 were made for the set. I got this from a crew member who snatched it during the final days of shooting! Front and back:
