In case anyone is wondering I did just come across this:

"a brand-new featurette in which Lynch interviews all three members of the Palmer family (Leland, Sarah and daughter Laura) in character about their current existence in this life and the next,"
(http://www.hitfix.com/news/twin-peaks-f ... DMuGMMD.99)

Still not sure how long it will be, but that's already great news. Especially given it's Lynch, I don't think it will just be done for laughs, despite how bizarre it sounds.

They even added the Portuguese audio for the series, why no subtitles? :(
The press release was in error. There will be Portuguese subtitles.

Thank God! Thanks for clearing that up Dugpa.
And thank you for all your fight over the years to bring us the deleted scenes :D

Do you know if there will be Portuguese subs for the series only or series and FWWM?

Are there any news about the region of the American edition? It was said, it can be region free. From time to time I check the amazon site to look for updates on that, but still there is no specific information about the region.

Hi Nemo, I've been wondering that myself but I think it all points to a worldwide region-free edition, considering it is being released in what seems to be the exact same edition on the exact same day in all of the territories. I've learned Blu Rays are usually region-locked when different companies own the same property in different territories. Don't hold me to it, but I think it's looking good!

And I have to join the voices of thanks to Brian and all the work and campaigning over the years that has majorly contributed in making my (and I think all of our) dreams come true! This Blu-Ray literally gives me life! :D

And I can't wait to see your documentary, Brian! But may I ask, why only 30 mins? Granted, I'm such a FWWM stan that I would say the same thing about a 3-hour documentary, but still...

Hope you're right underthefan. The set is being released here in Brazil August 1st, but it's too pricey (R$ 459, something around 205 dollars). Amazon US has Import Fees to ship to Brazil that are way too expensive as well. The cheaper option would be to import from Amazon UK. My player is a Panasonic DMP-BD75 Region A. Unless the UK set is Region Free, won't work for me.
Also, the UK set probably won't have Portuguese BR subs or audio.

That's a pretty cool little video. Nice idea for the disc menus too.

You know you're a major Twin Peaks fan when seeing (what appear to be) a few previously-unseen establishing shots of the forest is enough to make your heart race. :D

A lot of those shots in the Atmospherics video were actually used in broadcast episodes. I don't know about all of them, but a lot of them.

I was wondering if anyone got any word on the "previously on" and "next on" segments? I know it lists on the Blu Ray specs that they have them for select episodes, but I'm not sure what that means. I know there was an attempt to catalogue them here - was curious to know if anyone had any advance info on it.

It's on the Bluray. "Selected" because not all the episodes originally had them.
