It depends. The guys at New Line did a lot of groundwork on the Deleted Scenes to the point that if they get laid off, who's to say that the new guys at Warner Bros. taking over the property will even have a clue on where to start or that there is even a demand for the scenes in the first place.
Hard to say what will happen but it is unfortunate as the guys at New Line had told me that if MK2 were to pay for the scenes to be done, they would be interested in acquiring the rights to the scenes or a new US release.
