It’s also a flowering plant. “The Adventure of Wisteria Lodge” is also a nicely moody late-era Sherlock Holmes story by A. Conan Doyle, but I’m sure this has nothing to do with whatever Lynch is up to. It’s hazardous to read too much into a working title, which are often chosen to completely mislead.
In any event, this is likely the best news most of us has gotten in this appalling year!

TP was shot at Calvert Studios in Van Nuys. The article claims the new show is shooting at a Calvert Studios in London? The only Calvert Studios in England Google shows is a photography studio, so maybe this is an error?

Right. There are some potential holes in this story. We'll just wait and see.
I think DKL is and always has been bigger than TP. My hunch is this is unrelated, but I’ll be pleased either way! Guess we’ll see, someday. It’s gonna be a long 6+ months.

The article is just going off of what's in that Production Weekly industry site, they didn't do any actual reporting. So clearly they googled Calvert Studios and saw London without knowing about the one in LA. I know Netflix has deep pockets but can't imagine why they would go to London just to shoot on sound-stages lol.

It's all a bit odd.
Yes, and Kyle MacLachlan was on Desperate Housewives.
It’s strange that online media is reporting this as a new series, when all they seem to have is the title Wisteria. Perhaps that was the intention of Lynch and/or Netflix, to quell any speculation about more Twin Peaks.
Going down the rabbit hole here -- Sheryl Lee never actually appeared on the show as broadcast anyway. She was plucked out. Oddly enough, another TP cast member took her place.
