'The Entire Mystery' sounded pretty complete too, and yet that's sitting next to a Twin Peaks Season 3 Blu-ray set on my shelf.I'm not sure what that means or why Kimmy commented. Speaking of the DVDS, though, one thing that does concern me a little (in addition to Kimmy's comments) is why they're calling the big set "Z-A". They removed the word "Complete" from the other set, but they're leaving this one be, and this is one Lynch himself has personally promoted on Twitter. Sure, it's not A - Z, but it still does sound pretty complete.
Season 4? Or is it over after this?

Right, and we know they put that out when they were already well into the planning of TR.'The Entire Mystery' sounded pretty complete too, and yet that's sitting next to a Twin Peaks Season 3 Blu-ray set on my shelf.I'm not sure what that means or why Kimmy commented. I get the appeal for those who find augurs and omens in every word choice and retweet, but I think it’s important to keep the perspective that L/F, Kyle, etc. are for the most part probably not putting nearly as much thought into what they say/do as those who are parsing every word after the fact.

Just catching up on the Kimmy stuff.
It sucks, but if you didn't take a rumor started by an anonymous person running a twitter account for a museum that doesn't exist yet with a giant grain of salt, that's partially on you.

Any rumor is to be taken with lots of salt, but in this case, so is whatever Lucy says. I really don't see why her comments would be especially relevant.

We've spent the last 50 pages or so getting giddy anytime anyone associated with the show even mentions Twin Peaks in passing, but the first time one of them flatly denies anything is going it's "Well what does she know anyway..."
If you honestly believe there's a good reason why Michael Horse would know something and Kimmy Robertson wouldn't, I think you're reaching.

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?
Agreed. It doesn't mean there absolutely will be a Season 4, but if there was no chance of it at all, OR if the buzz was about something other than a legitimate new chapter of Twin Peaks in either television or feature film form (like say a video game or "Between Two Worlds" type project), I would think there's reason to kill the buzz. The radio silence makes more sense if there was a legit possibility, however close or far away it may be to realization.I still maintain that the biggest indicator there's something in the works is what's NOT being said. There is absolutely no way that Sutherland, Showtime, Lynch and Frost aren't aware of the buzz that's been built. Yet all of them are staying completely radio silent. Not a peep.

Yeah, agreed. The silence and not a complete shutdown of the rumors is the only thing that still gives me a bit of hope.I still maintain that the biggest indicator there's something in the works is what's NOT being said. There is absolutely no way that Sutherland, Showtime, Lynch and Frost aren't aware of the buzz that's been built. Yet all of them are staying completely radio silent. Not a peep.
And once more let me say that as much as I respect and love every single cast member, if something is going on, they're probably as clueless as we all are. Only Showtime, Lynch, Frost and Sutherland would know. And then maybe Kyle. And potentially Sheryl, if she's a co-lead this time around.
Also, let me remind you one more time that back in October 2014 the official announcement was premature, since they hadn't signed any contracts. And then the whole fiasco, with Lynch stepping down, happened. And not until May 2015 was the deal finalized. Maybe they don't want to announce something that is not set in stone yet?
This is - excuse me - a damn fine cup of coffee.

I'd love more Peaks.
But if there is anything to Twin Perfects new 4.5hr video (solid interpretation, that many on these boards have speculated/argued about), maybe there shouldn't be any more

Just wishful thinking. Don't mean shit.Just wishful thinking on Twitter Jerry?
Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?
Kyle's sitcom got a full season order. So he'll likely be busy shooting that through March or April.
Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?
FWIW, O&A now saying all this hoopla is about a re-cut of Season 3 to be shown in select movie theaters in 2020...
