Besides the people from here, I remember reading about him in at least two different articles. Plus, he said back in October that he was frightened into silence and that he'll probably be back. I'm guessing it will be a cameo of sorts but it seems like he's in.

I just finished watching Jackie Brown. Haven't watched it in a long time. A truly underrated movie and a very subtle, mature effort and with lack of flashiness for Tarantino usual standards. Besides all that, it also contains Robert Forster's greatest performance. If you haven't watched this movie, do it. Then you'll know that the Sheriff is in good hands. :)

Of those still unconfirmed, Phoebe Augustine is at the top of my list for who I'd like to see join the cast. She was great in FWWM.

Both I and a friend are really holding out for Phoebe/Ronette. Lynch always brought her back, I'm hoping he would again. (Is 'I and a friend' bad grammar? idk I've been doing taxes)

A friend and I, but it is just custom. And Kings customarily put themselves first as in "I and my people" so if you are a King go ahead.

BTW we should add Norton E. 'Hank' Worden as the Elderly Bellhop to the deceased list if we want to be completionists :(

Which will make Doc Hayward the oldest (mortal) character this season, correct?

Yeah, he slightly edges out Carl Rodd.

Our insiders confirmed that she's in. Apparently, she filmed scenes during the first week in Washington.

Does anyone have any info to when/where/if Walter Olkewicz filmed?

I honestly doubt that Olkewicz is involved. It was a rumor founded on nothing.

For me, it's Tarantino's best, most mature film. I was hoping or more like it, which he never gave us. Fortunately, Steven Soderberg delivered us a great spiritual follow up in Out of Sight. I must watch both again.

In Jackie Brown, Robert Forster and Pam Greer gave us such great, dignified portrayals of middle-aged people at a point where the decisions of the past have locked them into a place with seemingly no way out. It means even more now as someone who watched Twin Peaks as it aired when I was 15 (just shy of 16) and am now 41.

I fully expect the inevitability of recasting in sequels to shows and films made decades earlier, so I'm simply looking forward to having a terrific actor such as Forster play any character in the show.

Has there been any indication that Michael Parks could be involved in the new season? Even though Jean Renault is dead, Michael Parks could easily play a different character, he's such a chameleon. I think he's one of the most underrated living actors. Even though he was only in a few episodes, he's still an original cast member, and definitely one of the best actors to have been on the show. And he's still working! I hope he's a part of it.
