Who's voice said ,,Judy"?

Does anybody know, who's voice actually said ,,Judy". I think, I don't know, why, that it can be David Bowie's voice.

Definitely sounded like Bowie to me. It never occurred to me that it might be someone else.

Thank you, I think it's Bowie's voice too. There is also a certain connection between Phillip Jeffries and Piere Tremond. Both of them pointed at BOB with the finger.
As Jeffries pointed at Cooper, the mask appeared.
