Book recommendations for a die-hard TP fan?
Just looking for some Xmas break reading material, and I was wondering if anybody has book suggestions for TP fans? I'm not referring to actual TP books themselves (a la The Secret Diary, etc.), but more books that have a similar feel/spirit or world, I guess. At any rate, any suggestions would be most appreciated!

The List of Seven and The Six Messiahs by Mark Frost! Lots of TP references in those!

Sadly, there is only one Twin Peaks, but I think a TP fan might enjoy the following books.
"The Secret History" by Donna Tartt, and "No Night is Too Long" by Barbara Vine/Ruth Rendell, are both very good books with a brooding mood and some pretty terrific plot twists.
"The Secret History" is about a bunch of Ancient Greek students at a small university in Vermont who decide to kill their friend. (This is not a spoiler; the friend eats it on the first page.)
"No Night is Too Long" is about a young man who kills his boyfriend. (It says this on the jacket of my copy. If you like that one, "Gallowglass" is also a mighty fine read.)
Good topic. I'm curious to see what books other folks recommend.

This is quite a good read:

The essays vary in quality, from the interesting to the stuffy.
