Until Lynch-Frost state otherwise, I don't see why we second-guess Mark Frost, who said "We’re coming back with season three of Twin Peaks after a 25-year absence."

Well...
Are you looking at this as Season 3 of Twin Peaks?

Not really, but just because my brain doesn’t work that way. I’ve always said that Twin Peaks to me was like a novel we filmed every page of. So this is more like we found another volume of the saga, and now we want to bring that to life too.

Frost has continually called it S3. I think Lynch has just said Twin Peaks?

1. Air dates
2. Episode Count
3. Show Title (Season 3?)
4. A full trailer

Am I missing anything?
5. Some new AB music
Be still my beating heart.

I wonder if we'll get a soundtrack release before the season starts? Song titles are sometimes interesting.
I hope not. As much as I love Badalamenti's music, I want the first time I'm hearing the new score to be when I'm watching the show.

I think he just called it 'the new Twin Peaks' at the Festival of Disruption.

5. I hope we can get some character names attached to the actors and actresses. Laura Dern as agent TP?. Or Forster as Frank Truman?..

Laura Dern is not TP.

Robert Forster is almost certainly Sheriff Frank Truman.

You seem very certain about this. Any theories who will play agent TP?

Isn't TP a young, rookie agent? That pretty much excludes Laura Dern immediately.

I thought we had established that Chrysta Bell is TP.

Frost hinted heavily at it during his Reddit AMA.
