Not sure if all the business with Ray wearing the ring and being transported to the Lodge cleared things up or muddied the waters re: the owl cave ring's function

Just out of curiosity, what were the original rumors?
There was some guy that said he played an Irish gangster in Twin Peaks. This was way back in the old Spoilers thread. Seems like the actor told someone through his Twitter account or something like that.

Some guy posted that his friend (of a friend?) had a minor part in the show and he was part of a crew of Irish gangsters led by a guy named Renzo. I'm assuming he was one of the many background dudes in that scene.

IIRC, Mulholland Dr -- on some level, about an amnesiac -- was originally conceived as a TP spin-off, with Sherilynn Fenn in the lead role.

And now here we are.

I'm more of the still-in-a-coma persuasion, but it's an interesting parallel.

First impression: I've never laughed so much during a Twin Peaks episode. What a breath of fresh air from last week.

James just sang "Just You". It is happening again.

The ending shot of Big Ed burning an unknown piece of paper... I don't know. To me that was proof that some stories in Twin Peaks are non linear. I wonder if all those cars passing by will prove to be significant?

And Audrey is definitely out of her mind.

It's common in gangs with their own resident accountant!

I do wonder if the woman started crying knowing who inspired the song. I had a feeling it was sung in memory of three girls:
Laura, Maddie and Donna.
No, she didn't inspire the song. It was written 25 years ago with Maddie and Donna.
