Wonderful & Strange wrote:They mentioned Audrey and coma. It's only a matter of time now.

The Evil Arm seems to have been trying to influence Good Coop to hurt Ike the Spike. That was very unexpected.

And I also believe that we HEARD JOSIE this episode. The hum is Josie!
just when i thought the show might be getting stale

I thought the scene with Sheriff and Doc was heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time, given the circumstances.

Was also pleasantly surprised by the scenes with Ben and his chemistry with Beverly. Hope her home life with her husband is explored more.

Also surprisingly enjoyed Walter Olkewicz' scene and liked his acting.

Definitely the most "Twin Peaks-y" episode so far, and really enjoyed the pacing and plot developments. Can't wait to see what happens next week!

Most Twin Peaksish episode of the series so far. Should win over a lot of the people on the fence.

Strange Sounds coming from within the walls at the Great Northern ! OMG ! awesome. awesome. awesome. awesome. awesome.

...also how'bout that cameo by THE ARM on the concrete sidewalk during Dougie Cooper's assassination attempt?

pretty interesting how THE ARM has the ability to visit Dougie Cooper outside of the Black Lodge !

Fuck you, Tammy!

Dern was awesome.
The Arm electrocuted Ike, burning the gun to his hand. Did anyone catch what it said?

This episode was short on the showing, long on the telling.

Diary entries, Diane's impressions of COOP, COOP'S chat with the warden, Ben's memory of the key etc.
Lots of exposition this week, but at least it should get the ball rolling a little faster now.

And now the long wait for part 8 begins.

And this season's new theme should be...

So. Many. Bills. (The last line in this part made me yell "Which one?")

I must have missed a line somewhere - where was it stated that DoppelCooper might have visited Audrey while she was in a coma?

And are we assuming that DoppelCooper also visited Diane in person after exiting the Lodge? Otherwise I'd think the last time she *saw* Cooper (as opposed to hearing from him) would have been before he even got to Twin Peaks.

I think THE ARM was saying "SQUEEZE HIS HAND OFF"

Why is Diane so pissed at the FBI? Is it only because of what happened with Cooper at her house? Was it DoppelCoop that she met with at her house? Wouldn't she have been able to tell it wasn't really him at that point?

The little girl they interviewed after the DougieCoop attack was the same little girl that played Laura Dern's daughter on Big Little Lies.

So will Dougie Jones appear on the national news now?

Norma sure seems to have a lot of paperwork to do.
