I also wondered if anyone is drawing a possible connection between the record player the Giant and Cooper are listening to and the record player that Leland used to put on when he would abuse Laura and the time he killed Maddie?

Like the Giant uses the record player to listen to evil being done or even to track Bob? Just some ideas...

Thoughts:
- these are growing on me, and we have to remember that we're being asked to take the ride to get back to TP. There is a whole lot of stuff we saw during filming, set in TP, that we haven't even gotten to yet. This is all about Coop's journey back, so hang in there! See: odyssey, road film

- go back and listen to the voice that says "Camera 3" in the first hour. I've listened to it multiple times and I can't tell who it is. But my money is on the Billionaire being female.

- go back and listen to the voice on the phone with DoppleCoop. My theory: it's Albert, and he's killed (or posessed by) Phillip Jeffries. And yes, trying to kill DoppleCopp so he "can be with Bob again." Please note how shady Albert gets near DoppleCoop and the static that takes over when he is conversing with Gordon at the end of hour 4.

- Lucy is afraid of cellphones for a reason. Electricity = lodge spirits = access to everyone on the planet who is using one. Wow, Bob, wow!

- I think we are getting jumbled time; that Hawk in Glastonbury moment seems way out of synch with his previous call with Margaret and pulling all the files out. I also wonder if the end of FWWM will fall into the new episode timeline? Leland did say, "Find Laura." Either that, or...

- what if the now-dead Laura is also a DougieLaura, created by another doppeganger. Notice that she and Dougie are both sucked to the Red Room when they put the Owl Cave ring on. That could also relate to Leland telling Cooper to find her.

- after seeing the beginning of hour 3, it makes me wonder if a lot of Lynch's short films and even Eraserhead are set in the Black Lodge? Those visuals will stick with me for some time.

- Please note that Denise says, "I trust you, Gordon." She asks if Albert will be with him, but she doesn't say, "I trust Albert." I think we'll see Denise again, and I think we need to watch Albert.

There are quite a few references to the Secret History of Twin Peaks: Tamara Preston, the meeting between Evil Coop/Briggs, the evil creature in the box (looked like an alien to me). I wasn't expecting that, especially after Lynch told GQ that more or less the book wasn't canon.

Do keep in mind that the book was written after the show, so these are really all references to the show in the book.

I'll have to go back and listen. I thought it was an automated voice or another attendant. I will say the Audrey theory is iffy (though I love it) as I think I'd know Sherilyn's voice anywhere.

Sounded nothing like him to me. Albert was 'shady' because he'd burned an agent after getting duped by Jeffries re: Cooper, as he tells Cole afterwards.

I do think Laura is now out in the world and very confused, just like Cooper. And I love it.

I think you're onto something.
The key (315) may be what is missing, and what Hawk is looking for. After all, it's the only connection between Coop and the town of Twin Peaks right now.
The connection with Hawk's heritage? Johnny Horne, quite possibly something related to the childhood trauma Dr. Jacoby talked about.

When Dougie gets sucked in the lodge and "deflates", I find the glowing gold sphere that appears to be reminiscent of when the Giant visits Cooper at the beginning of season 2 - doesn't a similar glowing orb show up in that old scene?

Hi there, just for reference (l'll review the episodes anyway, but there's so many things going on it's getting hard to keep on top of it all) do you have a time reference for the glowing orb, where t=00 is at start of Episode 1, and t=end is at the end of Episode 4?

So were Hawk, Lucy, and Andy just going through their Laura Palmer files? I'm sure they also have other files that would relate to Cooper during his time there (Windom Earle, Jean Renault, Josie, etc.).

That would explain why we saw the Horne brothers already in that strange scene which is weak if taken by itself .

It might also explain Lucy's remark "You are an Indian."

Pretty sure they're just in different states of the u.s., not universes

I think there are levels/worlds stacked on top of each other...All levels are different but are reflections of each other, but there's also a level perpendicular to those so the characters can navigate between worlds while all being in the same world as well.
