Doesn't look like it. I know last year she arrived late Friday. I hope Ray stays the entire weekend. Damn - what a lineup!

sherilyn is here, just couldn't make the screening. brad and jerry and the arm, you guys are missed. so many new people here this time, and I think it's been booked to near capacity. It was pretty fun to see the surprised faces when Ray entered the theater.

Any good stories or anecdotes from the Q&A panel after the film?

the Q&A was before the film, because unfortunately the actors couldn't stay. Most of them had just arrived a few hours earlier and naturally are exhausted. And today is a big day for them.

The fest organizers are doing an amazing job- and so far from what I can tell all the newbies are very excited -hell, the vets are too (Ray and sheryl!)

I've talked and hung out a few times with sherilyn (isn't that odd to say now?) and she's doing great and excited to be back -she just couldn't make it to the film. But will be there in full force tonight.

I'm sure they'll be a lengthy post about what was talked about last night, along with tonight's panel. There were only a few preplanned questions because things had to move along and it's a long movie. Fun tidbits, Phoebe was in her chiropractor's office when she got a random call from David Lynch to ask her to come back on board. Ray talked about Piper Laurie writing an autobiography and told an antedote ("just between us") to the entire audience that he had to pretend to not know Piper was Tajamouro on the set- so i guess the pulling the wool over their eyes never worked. And sheryl admitted that she hasn't seen FWWM in nearly twenty years.

But again, everything is going great -I'm exhausted and going to take a nap.

As an avid Twin Peaks fan, from down under (Australia) I might have to save up and plan on going to this next year or so

The Fest does happen every year up in Washington state in the areas of North Bend and Snoqualmie. Here is the website:
