Clarity through the rewatch

Hey all:
Call me obsessed but I am already going back for a rewatch. I've found some (new to me) info that I attempted to search the forum for, to avoid repeating, and couldn't find:
In the beginning of episode 3, there are visual references to what happens in episode 8. There is a substance during Coopers ride through the stars (on the great space coaster) that looks like the Bob-and-egg containing substance spewed by the Mother.
Then, when Coop finds himself in that building, and is looking out over the water, very faintly, I can make out what looks like a mushroom cloud in the distance.
