I don't agree with the consensus that this line of dialogue is asked to Cooper and that he's still Dougie in Part 18. Remember, the "titles" have been deceiving a bunch of times so far...

I'd be willing to bet that it's Cooper delivering that line of dialogue, not receiving it, and I have an idea who he would be saying it to. I can't get into specifics but there are reasons many of us are aware of to think so.

"What is your name ?" will be the question asked by Cooper to Mother, when they'll finally meet each other in the "Purple Ocean World". And it will be the beautiful thing we'll have ever seen on screen.

Anyway, I've been wrong almost everytime when guessing titles (except for the log lady quotes).
