I think the "limited edition" thing was just her way or referring to the blu ray.
And here I was all excited thinking it would be footage from ep 29. Silly me :(
I think the Richard Beymer documentary "Behind The Red Curtain" is from season two. I doubt they let Beymer on set for the Red Room sequences for the new season given how secretive it all was, plus Beymer also only shot for two days on the new season. It's much more likely this is new BTS stuff from the season two finale, since we already know he was there taking BTS photos, coupled with the BBFC site saying "season one" (likely a BBFC typo, since it's not part of the feature's title) next to these two "episodes" that add up to about 55 minutes total.
So, there's hours of BTS material (from The Return) on this blu ray, but David Lynch wouldn't let Richard Beymer on set to shoot some stuff? And that's harder to believe than the idea that he sat on this footage for nearly 30 years, that it never appeared on any of the many Twin Peaks home video releases over the years? That's more of a stretch, to me. We'll see soon enough.

Yeh, considering that Beymer followed DKL to India to film a documentary about him a few years ago, it doesn’t seem like a huge stretch that he would bum around on set for a few days and shoot some BTS stuff. DKL would surely trust Beymer as much as almost anyone outside his closest inner circle.

Touche. It's possible, I just doubt it for some reason. We'll know soon enough!

Get a Xbox One S.It $250 and it can play 4k Blu Rays

Please mind that PS4 Pro does NOT play 4K Blu-Rays.
No idea why, just a suicidal move from Sony :D

While we wait for a pre-order option from Amazon, a little rebus for you:

I hope the footage from season 1 is meant to be the rare shooting by Richard Beymer on the Pilot (that we see on the gold box/the bluray special feature of "Making The Pilot")!

Details are here! http://ew.com/tv/2017/10/26/twin-peaks- ... d-details/

A few initial notes/highlights:
- It's back to being a "limited event series." Huh.
- No deleted scenes.
- Comic Con Panel will be included!
- I'll be eating crow because the Richard Beymer pieces are indeed from season 3!

Anyone ever seen HD copies of the original parts 1-4 telecasts? I'm going to need those episodes in HD if it's the only chance we'll have the final moments in those without the credits text over them! Really bummed the Blu-ray doesn't seem to offer some sort of "branched" viewing experience where you can watch the entire disc without breaks and without credits. Would much rather have that than all 18 RR logos strung together. Why is that even a thing?

So thankful it's back to not being called Season 3. I know it's pedantic, but this felt more akin to FWwM. Something that is part of Twin Peaks, but separate from Seasons 1 and 2.

So excited for all of the bonus stuff!

That BTS clip is incredible. Over three hours of that!!!

BTW, watching Lynch work in that video and then thinking about all of the sentiments from detractors that was he "trolling" with this series, or hates fans, or hates Twin Peaks, is quite amusing.

Looks like there will be an option to watch 1/2 & 3/4 combined as aired.
