I found an unopened pack of cards. This is the first of my life.

Here are some questions for you experts:
1) IF I open this, can I have a signed card inside?
2) What is the probability that a signed card may be inside?
3) To my understanding, through these bags, the fans initially found the signed cards, how else would the autograph cards be spread among collectors?
4) Can I deduce from the deck whether there are ordinary cards or a signed card inside? For example, a different packing code etc?
5) What is the value of this unopened pack?
If you are absolutely sure that these packs contain only the basic cards and no bags can have signed cards then I will definitely consider this as an unopened bag.
Thanks for help!

Re: 1991 Card Pack
I'll tell you what I know/heard about that foil pack. It was never commercially released. I think it was sent out to dealers to promote the regular complete box. I've never heard of anybody pulling an auto from a foil pack. As you may or may not know, very few auto's were in the box as well.AKI wrote:I found an unopened pack of cards. For some reason, Star Pics kept many of the auto cards and later, Twin Peaks collector Bruce Phillips purchased their remaining stock and sold them off through his TP Collectibles catalog.
I've heard only two cases of foil packs were made and I estimate the value at between $25-$50 each.
I would keep it sealed as a collectible.
