Would be great.
And maybe for TP revival, all old WiP issues available as PDF to download?

That would be wonderful but I'm afraid the guys running it are gone.
Keep your eye on the doughnut, not on the hole.

Where is the best place to get old issues of WiP? Is it the same answer for everything else these days, ebay? Or is there a place that sells them specifically?

You might want to email John Thorne and ask him if he is still selling back issues:

Well, only Craig Miller. John Thorne has mentioned doing some sort of new coverage (after the new series ends though, so he has time to digest): http://abovethestore.blogspot.com/

As there's a thread on this now, might as well re-share the interview I did with John Thorne last fall. Ended up being 3 parts, on the history of the magazine (and show), on The Missing Pieces, and on the announcement of the show's return: http://thedancingimage.blogspot.com/2014/10/unwrapping-twin-peaks-conversation-with.html
