I'm thrilled that my print has arrived, but I'm a bit concerned that there is some kind of imperfection in the middle of the image. Has anyone else encountered something like this?

It's a beautiful print though, and it definitely makes me wish I had the cash right now to order many more.

Is that actually something red on/in the print?!? It didn't ship that way and Richard certainly wouldn't have signed a print that looked like that. Please tell me more about what that is. Was there damage to the acetate sleeve it was in? If it was damaged in shipment, please send us an email thru TP20 sales and we'll fix it.

It seems as though it was scratched there, or like something acidic touched the image and caused damage to the paper, but I had no doubt that it would not have been signed or packed in that condition. There didn't seem to be any damage to the sleeve it was in, but this is how it looked when I opened the package, before the sleeve had even been removed. I'm really at a loss as to what could have caused these weird little marks -- the print was packed quite well and I really don't hold you at any fault here. I'm just perplexed!

I really appreciate your understanding, but that's not how they were intended to look. We need to replace it. Please destroy the print and mail me back (in just a normal envelope) the number and signature and I will get a new print made for you with your matching number. Very sorry about this. It's weird for sure. Email me if you don't still have the return address from the packaging. Thanks again.

If anyone missed them the first time, we just found 2 Great Northern stationary sets...

Update: And now they're gone...

Any Europeans, let me know when you receive your prints.. I have a complete lack of faith in my postal system :? Had stuff go missing in between the US and here before. Hopefully it's just the Bank Holidays slowing stuff down.
