How is the surround track on the DVD?

Post by shemsha »

I'm asking cause I'm having some problems with my surround speakers.
Do you think the surround adds a lot in the movie or it's rearly used?

I can't decide if I want to watch the DVD now in stereo or to wait until I get my surround speakers fixed. I'll add that I haven't seen the movie yet.

Thanks!

It really has no surround much......

In fact,it seems to me,that the near field and far field are identical(Except in a few scenes) as well..

IMHO,there is negligiable difference between the stereo and the 5.1 tracks.

BUT,......it still sounds GREAT!

Just dialog seems more centered in the 5.1 mix(of course).

(Come on baby,do the locomotion!)
