INLAND EMPIRE UK WEBSITE AND SUCCESS

When Dugpa mentioned this new website, there were lots of excerpts in it, videos and stuff, but it's all gone now. Does anyone know the reason why?

Another thing, I'm sad to report that INLAND EMPIRE is far from being a success in France. The film is currently shown in only 51 theatres in the whole country. And I asked one man working in a cinema in Paris, and he said it was a flop. Well, the situation is this one: Reviews are mostly good but most people dislike the movie, some leaving before the end, a bit like when Eraserhead or FWWM were released.

Mulholland Drive was so adored in France that most people are disappointed with INLAND EMPIRE. But my guess is that it's gonna have a kinda FWWM effect, in 10 years, everybody will love it and understand it.

This is a major bummer. We in the USA count on France to lead the Western world in matters of art. I thought the French would dig this movie to the utmost. I'm glad DL's art show is opening in Paris. I hope that succeeds.
