Any update on the FWWM release? I really hope we will get it in December, as was rumored, but it's looking more and more unlikely.

Oh, didn't know -- that's good! Though we might not want to get our hopes up considering how long the series OST took... might be more like June 2017! Hey, maybe it'll coincide with the S3 premiere...

They're currently being pressed right now for release in January.

Is the reissued vinyl set a dud? I've heard lots of complaints about excessive surface noise and pops from a bad pressing - am I better off just sticking with my CD?

I am however very excited for the FWWM reissue.

I think the reissue is fantastic. Mine had a small issue to begin with, but it just needed a good cleaning. After that it played and sounded great.

Quick question - there are two songs in the Pink Room scene. The first one is on the soundtrack - where can I get hold of the second song?

This looks stupendous. Is it available for pre-order anywhere yet?

Wow, first post here (been lurking for as long as I can remember). Double vinyl is very intriguing! I wish I would have known how hard the LPs would become to find when I first bought them back in the 90s. I think its great that they're being reissued.

Not to be a broken record here (har har), but I find it odd that there's seemingly no pre-order option anywhere for a release that comes out in less than two weeks now.

Can you tell I'm really, really looking forward to this?

(On a related note, I just snatched up a nicely-priced original pressing of Julee Cruise's Floating Into the Night, the German edition which is supposed to have superb sound quality :))

I'm noticing the reissue is at 45 rpm too (original was 1 LP at 33 1/3). Interesting choice and I suspect it was a conscious decision. It should give better sounds on the high-end (as opposed to the 33 1/3 that tends to give better low end.) I really like it when they reduce the tracks per side like they've done here because in my experience the sound quality noticeably improves. David, that's one reason why that Into the Night 12" will sound so good.
