I have it, it has aired on french TV last december and features interviews by Badalamenti, Lynch and Michel Chion, a musique concrète composer.
Not as interesting as I expected it to be, the average Lynch fan won't learn anything. Just interviews interspersed with films extracts. It's not even taking INLAND EMPIRE into account, it must have been made before.

I'd be interested in seeing this too.
And just to expand a little on what Doublemain said: Michel Chion is more than a musique concrete composer. He also wrote what might be the best single book on Lynch ("David Lynch" (1993)), and he's one of the leading academic lights when it comes to film sound. His book "Audio-Vision" is the best single book I've read on the subject of film sound and I've read several.
