The author of that review has completely missed the point of the book. For me, the alien stuff is a man made web of secrets and lies to cover for the real mysteries that exist in the woods around Twin Peaks.

For her to say Frost definitively attributes everything to aliens is absolutely laughable.

No confirmation as of yet that Sky Atlantic will have episodes 3 and 4 on demand after the premiere. I've asked them three times directly on Twitter but they haven't replied. I've had it confirmed from the Diane podcast folks that it works in UK so definitely not region blocked.
