Re: Episode 29

The final episode is my absolute favourite one! I really liked reading the posts above! Great writing! There is one thing however, that always bothered me about this episode and that is the fact that doc Hayward is with Cooper and Harry in the final scene. I'm sure this has been discussed before. It...

LostInTheMovies wrote:Another interesting thing about this episode's script: the OAM goes to Harold's house with them and there's a long scene as he tries to ascertain if Bob was there. Obviously not even shot by Lynch.
I think that could have been a great scene!

Re: Episode 27

Thanks for all the great feedback! Really interesting. Steve just gave this a fresh watch and we are discussing it tomorrow for "something"... Throw out any other questions and I will make sure they are covered. Can't wait! :D - I've always wondered at what point the red curtains were adde...

Re: Leland/Maddy scene in episode 9

I wonder if it had anything to do with Andy hanging the Bob sign on the door in that scene? After all, why would he notice it at the GN but not the RR? I think this + the fact that in this scene Madeleine is asked to stay in Twin Peaks which she seems willing to do. However in a latter episode Madd...

Re: Episode 14

I have searched all over the internet for TP-scripts and for this episode I have only found the script with the Ben-kills-Maddy scene. the script never made any sense to me because indeed, in the next scene Ben is getting arrested in his office so he never could have been on the place of the crime.....

Episode 27

This topic can be used to discus episode 27. The second to last episode, directed by Stephen Gyllenhaal. Although this episode is generally seen as one of the 'less interesting' episodes, I really like this one very much and think it really puts the series back on track towards the fantastic final e...

Re: 'The Secret Lives of Twin Peaks' new novel by M. Frost 2

Personally, I wish the book would be written more like a scrap book of articles from the Twin Peaks Gazette pointing towards superficial exposition of the Town and characters (those we know and those we haven't met yet) over the past 25 years, leading up to where we are now with the new season. I w...

Re: TP season 3: new actors

I just watched the deleted scenes of FWWM and I thought the actress who playes the nurse that takes Annies ring beares some (a little) resemblance to Julie Bowen, the actress who playes Sarah in Lost and Claire Dunphy in Modern Family. A younger version though, but that would make sense. Maybe they ...

Re: Season 1 episode 7 script

I didn’t want to create a new topic for the following question, so I decided to drop it in this one, since I created it. I’m fairly new at this forum, but I am wondering: isn’t it an idea to make a seperate topic for each episode of the series. I am rewatching the whole series now and sometimes I ha...

The Mogwai-soundtrack is indeed one of the many highlights of this beautiful series!

Re: TP season 3: new actors

I really like Clancy Brown. He nailed his role in Carnivàle and I think he would fit great in the town of Twin Peaks.

Re: Best Opening Credits ever?

Although it can't touch Twin Peaks' intro in any way, this remains one of my favourite introductions to a show ever. I knew i'd enjoy it before the first scene even happened. Also, like TP, i've never once skipped it when watching episodes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ouTCtwNIYaQ I agree! Love ...
