Re: What's next? What chance do think there is we will see a season 4?
https://www.rollingstone.com/music/features/david-lynch-talks-blue-velvet-twin-peaks-heavy-metal-w520589 In here he says ,"I don't talk about that".If there were no more Twin Peaks, Lynch would have said a straight No. Reminds me of the time before The Return aired, where any question reg...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Disappointed Support Group (SPOILERS)
So the series will end with Coop pulling Laura alive from the water outside the Martell's house? ;) This was posted a day later by Gabriel in response to mtsi's theory that "this season is basically the first 2 seasons in reverse. We start with (figuratively) episode 29 and we get to journey b...

Re: Season 3, The First Draft - Speculation etc.
I have a feeling the only Audrey scene in the original script is the confrontation with Richard.
I also suspect the scenes with Gerstin Hayward were originally written to feature Donna instead.
I love the idea of Philip Gerard's first appearance being his emergence from darkness in episode 17.

Sad news. She's excellent in FWWM & 52 is far too young. RIP.

Chantal & Hutch's final scene with the Polish accountant is another favourite.

Re: What's your favourite scene from The Return?
The Chromatics Roadhouse scene at the end of part 2. I'll never forget the feeling of seeing this for the 1st time. After two hours mainly outside Twin Peaks, suddenly we're back in the town. There's James! There's Shelley! There's someone who looks an awful lot like Jacques Renault! Does James have...

Re: Part 9 - This is the chair (SPOILERS)
Something I noticed on the latest rewatch: the Au Revoir Simone song that starts off during Sky Ferreira's scene opens with the Be My Baby drumbeat. Twin Peaks wasn't the only return Sky Ferreira featured in during 2017 - she also sings on the Jesus & Mary Chain's comeback album Damage & Joy...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Satisfied Support Group (SPOILERS)
The new Badalamenti material, great as it is, is also a lot more minimalist than his work on FWWM & the original run. I think all the new pieces are Angelo solo compared to the band performances on the earlier soundtracks.

Re: Episode 27
Richard Wurman (who edited the Access Guide ) was on a podcast where he said DKL took the photos of Tim & Tom, which were obviously on-set photos from this episode's shoot. Maybe he's mistaken, but that does create the intriguing possibility that DKL was on set for at least a bit of the shoot. ...

Re: Episode 18
The Andrew Packard ending has got to be the worst cliffhanger ending so far, especially considering it came before a long holiday hiatus when viewers were already bound to fall away. It's not very interesting even in theory, but how it's handled makes it even worse. Andrew just strolls out, spouts ...

Re: Twin Peaks Return: The Profoundly Satisfied Support Group (SPOILERS)
so I loved season 3. Just finished watching the Blu Ray set. 3rd time watching season 3. I love it more each time. I really LOVED the 6 hours of extras. Now that I am done I am a bit disappointed that it is over. Happy that we got a chance to experience it but sad that all the fun is over. However ...

Re: Twin Peaks: Season 3 on Blu-ray 12/5/17
I remember seeing footage of them shooting the part in Part 3 where Cooper is on the metal box out in space. I remember Lynch telling him how to respond to naido flying off. I don't remember what article I saw it from, but it's a clip used to promote the release. The reason why I'm mentioning this ...

The behind the scenes footage is fantastic. You get the sense Lynch has visualised each piece of each scene in his head. At one point he even manufactures an accidental dildo...

Re: 'Twin Peaks: The Final Dossier' Novel by Mark Frost 10/31 (SPOILERS)
Twitter rumour that the black pages reveal stuff if you rub them with lemon juice???? I know you can see Bob, hobo and Sarah Palmer on last black page EDIT - sounds like the lemon juice thing is someone's attempt at humour... I thought I saw The Jumping Man rather than Sarah Palmer, but on a second...
