Re: NON SPOILERS: Twin Peaks: Season 3 on Showtime Thread
18 hours binge... for sure! I do LOTR marathons almost yearly, that's 12 hours. I'm sure 18 wouldn't be that much of a stretch. Really, my brother said after he watched all three extended versions of LOTR at the cinema he nearly was unconscius at the end of The Return of the King. I would like to t...

I absolutely love it but I can see why others don't like it thus far. I'm looking forward to part 5 next week.

Re: References in the Return to Lynch's Non-TP Works (SPOILERS)
Probably not a reference but the scene at the end of part 2 where Sarah Palmer is watching how some Lions are attacking and killing a Gnu (or however the animal might be called), reminded me about a similar scene in Wild at Heart where Johnnie Farragut watches a similar wildlife scene on his tv but ...

Re: Parts 1 + 2 (SPOILERS)
Finally had the chance to watch it yesterday. The first impression that I had was good but I'm still too baffled to write more about it. I'm already looking forward to watch both parts again on the weekend. Unfortunately I'll also have to wait until next week to view parts 3 & 4.

Re: NO SPOILERS: Twin Peaks Season 3 on Showtime May 21st 2017
I started my rewatch last weekend but I'm at a very slow pace right now. I still got 18 episodes left and hope I'll be able to finish it before the new season will start.N. Needleman wrote:I still haven't started my rewatch!
At this rate I may just mainline a few choice eps.

Thank you so much Ashok, not just for the pics which are already great but especially for the video that made me laugh about some of the anecdotes.

Re: Great New GQ Lynch/TP Interview
There’s one scene that I have to go and chew out a couple of big, heavy guys in the park. He was screaming, “Ya go out there and ya grab ’em by the balls and ya just chew ’em out! Just chew ’em out like you’ve never seen any big grown men so scared in their lives!” —Naomi Watts Loved the whole arti...

Re: Least Favorite Storyline in Twin Peaks
That was a tough one but after thinking about it for a while I opted for the James/Evelyn Marsh Storyline (closely followed by Little Nicky).

Re: TP Season 1 & FWWM soundtracks set for new vinyl reissues
Thanks for your help guildnavigator. It's been quite a while since I watched the movie for the last time, probably two years. So I think it's time to watch it again soon before the new season will start.

Re: TP Season 1 & FWWM soundtracks set for new vinyl reissues
I've always been wondering, why did they include the song Sycamore trees from the last episode of the Series on the FWWM soundtrack ? Does anyone know if there's any specific reason for it ?
