Re: Did TP inflluence Lone Star (1996)?
I've never watched any of it but supposedly Madchen Amick's show Riverdale is alot like Twin Peaks. Mystery surrounding a teens death, strange town etc.

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?
Crazy there was no post on this site for like 2 weeks and now all this. Exciting! Even tho none of us no the truth to all this all this new news. The writting has been on the wall. I've posted about how I feel Frost and Lynch haven't seemed to be on the same page and so has a lot of others. Even if ...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?
"a film or a continuous story". Those two combined, sounds like it could be a follow up-movie. You certainly could be right, but I took continuing story to mean something Longform, not necessarily continuing something that already exists. But who knows! This is the way I took it too. “Con...

Re: General Discussion on Season 3 (All Opinions Welcome)
I like Lynch's weather updates but I would prefer some new Peaks. Speaking of unresolved mysteries, what is up with those tinted glasses! LOL... he's got to wear those glasses from smoke and golden sunshine glare, its fun being able to see into Lynch's home Workshop/Hotbox room. And his thoughts of...

Re: General Discussion on Season 3 (All Opinions Welcome)
The Return is much easier to enjoy if one lets go of his own personal wants and desires from the series and lets it just be its own story without the viewer trying to make it fit inside its desired box. Its never going to be the original, things change characters and stories change. The flashbacks w...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?
So far the NBA and NHL seem to be having success with their isolation bubbles. This probably will be the most successful model for resuming film/television production before a vaccine. It's hardly ideal as all cast and crew would have to be sequestered away from their families for the duration of t...

Re: Part 17 - The past dictates the future (SPOILERS)
The use of the “Laura Palmer Theme” over that sequence is so beautifully timed out with the beats of the scene. It hits the crescendo just as Laura says, “I’ve seen you in a dream,” but becomes ominous again as Laura takes Cooper’s hand...then starts getting hopeful again as the “wrapped in plastic...

Re: Things I wish we'd seen...
I wish The Return had more Laura Palmer
and obviously David Bowie, MJA. Ontkean, Heather Graham, Chris Isaac, Kiefer even a Donna, Piper. More Leland
and if we're talking story lines, how bout some young Cooper backstory (maybe a movie of My Life, My Tapes) tho I would prefer Lynch to write it

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?
Sadly, I think HHM is full of you know what. And I'm thinking making lamps at home is far ways away from Twin Peaks season 4.
