I can accept we shouldn't read anything into it. But "she just found them funny" is also reading into it towards the opposite outcome. And it's a less credible reading. You're right. She liked the humorous memes because she doesn't find them funny and wishes people would stop making them.

If you don't think the most likely explanation for stuff like that is 1. she just thinks the memes are funny and 2. she doesn't even realize people can see what she likes on IG (it's not like twitter where there's literally a public page of your likes anyone can look at) then I dunno what to tell you.

not to be a jerk but he's an artist, which means he puts his concerns, fears, ideas, passions etc (i.e. things he thinks about all of the time ) into his work. like I'm pretty sure he talked about coffee and trees a lot in the intervening 25 years between 1992 and 2017.
