Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)
The line about 25 years your senior... I think was just to remind us Richard is 25 years old... He was made the day after Cooper smashed his head, etc. they just didn't realize how it sounds and is used in real life... Or Kyle was fine with it because it shaves some years off and brings him to resp...

I got it. Old brain.vicksvapor77 wrote: If you're arguing Richard is 25 years old, someone who is "25 years his senior" is 50, correct? What are you not getting about that? Lol.

Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)
(BigEd not thinking straight) I think you're confused. Think about it this way. David Lynch was born in 1946. His daughter Lula was born in 2012. That makes him 66 years her senior (i.e., he spent 66 years on Earth before she was born). Now, if we were to retcon DKL's birth to 1956, he would only b...

Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)
Cooper is telling the One Armed Man to make another Dougie (like him) to give the Jones a happily ever after. He stumbles on some of his sentences in his goodbye in telling them Dougie will be back. Cooper is fixing things. Cooper is not giving up on what he does best in life... "I am the FBI....

Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)
Not sure why this wouldn't make sense. Mr. C told us Richard was his son and that he fathered him 25 years ago (had to be the rape in the hospital).vicksvapor77 wrote:
And what do we make of Mr. C's comment about him being only 25 years older than Richard? Is he only counting his "years on Earth"?

Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)
Oh, and this also makes the whole Richard and Linda, two birds with one stone clue much more cryptic... If we just saw Richard get fried into oblivion (and still aren't sure about WHO Linda is), how does the ONE STONE come into play? (Unless those same coordinates somehow come into play RE: Linda)....

Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)
I don't remember the last time a piece of televised entertainment made me say "Oh, shit," aloud as many times as tonight. Cooper's return, Diane, Audrey, vaporized Richard, the botched hit. Every scene tonight was highly consequential. I suppose Cooper doesn't plan on coming back since he...

Re: Part 16 - No knock, no doorbell (SPOILERS)
Mr. C said he got 3 sets of coordinates, 2 are fake are 1 is real. If I understand this correctly, Jeffries and Diane are both working against Mr. C and gave him fake coordinates to kill him? But the set he got from Ray are real? I took it that Jeffries and Ray both provided coordinates that would ...

Maybe we need an amnesty thread where the disappointed can say positive things with no questions asked?mtwentz wrote:

Re: Part 8 - Gotta light? (SPOILERS)
Hi, I just rewatched this episode and had some new observations. Apologies if they were already brought up. In the beginning of the scene within the mushroom cloud, it looks like we see millions of golden orbs, and then immediately it looks (and sounds) like swarms of millions and millions of frog ...

Re: Discussion of the "Titles" (SPOILERS)
I still think it is a sign posted at a house where a terminally ill person (Harry Truman) is trying to rest. I can't see them not wrapping up his story in this next part.

Re: Theories & Speculation (SPOILERS)
Remember the voice on the phone with Evil Coop, "I will be with Bob again"? We know for sure it isn't Jeffries now. And out of all the shows existing characters who are the only two who have been with Bob that we know of? Evil Coop and Leland. It's got to be Leland, or maybe even his dopp...

Re: Theories & Speculation (SPOILERS)
Another Harry Truman related plot thread is his nephew's (and Frank's son's) suicide. It was brought up at the end of Part 6 and subsequently never mentioned again. Maybe that has no relevance to the plot, but I could see this event as pushing Harry over an edge. I can see him being shook up by the...
