Re: Part 15 - There's some fear in letting go (SPOILERS)

During the convenience store's smokey fade out, I heard slowed down voices and what not, so I took the audio and sped it up a bit. Still pretty undecipherable, but there's a bit of music that becomes clear at the end. Does anyone recognize it? I don't. The segment almost sounds like someone tuning a...

Thanks Annie. . .Here's one more picture showing off my new Inland Empire shirt I got for Christmas. I wore it not knowing I'd be posing with a Twin Peaks cake. . .yeah I'm a Lynch freak and proud of it, ha ha

That "cake" you like is coming back in style. . .

Hey all. Thought you might enjoy this. A couple months ago, my girlfriend and I were watching "Ace of Cakes" the designer cake show on television, and I made the remark that if I could have a cake done , I'd want a replica of the red room. Well, the other day was my birthday and she surpri...

yeah, the more i think about it, i don't really want to swap any cards. i got what i got and it was a unique experience, so why mess around with it. plus what happens when a card is lost or damaged in the mail during a swap. don't want to risk it.

Well, I also really wanted an Audrey card and amazingly I got one. When it comes to "chance" I usually fail every time. I hope you get an "Audrey" card from somewhere Audrey. Here's the cards I got. 10: Abandoned Train Car 22: Coop holding up his recorder in bed at the Great Nort...

I ordered my DVD gold box set and Season 2 soundtrack last night from Overstock.com. Just got an email that they have both been shipped. So if I'm lucky, I should have both by Tuesday. . . hopefully. I contemplated back and forth as to whether to wait and try to get it in a store or order online, we...

So in the official "rules" on the greetingsfromtwinpeaks website it says that the postcards will be in "specially-marked "Twin Peaks: Definitive Gold Box Edition"DVD box sets at participating retailers". . . Does anyone know if this means that some box sets don't actual...

Maybe it's too soon to bring this up, but maybe we could start a postcard "trading" thread. For example, I would like nothing better than getting an Audrey Horne postcard. . .If I don't get one, but have a card that someone would like more than their Audrey card, a trade could be initiated...

The Lynch autograph card will probably end up hidden in a DVD case that will be sitting on some Wal Mart's shelf for years only to be place in the bargain bin, then bought by some clueless loser who will use it as a coaster. . . Ok ok, I'm a bit too cynical at the moment, ha ha, but I do hope that w...

Yeah, good job. I really would like to know who designed the official CD and how much they got paid? They could've easily had a fan contest to design a cover, not pay a thing for it, and end up with a professional looking product instead of that hideous cover that we're going to get. There's plenty ...

Well, another idea that could work along with your newest idea, is to do an imaginary soundtrack for "Twin Peaks: Season 3". Songs that may have hints and passages of original Peaks music, but also at the same time completely new. An ambient project called "Stars of the Lid" did ...

I'd definitely be interested. . . in re-mixing OR covering a song, or just a general "tribute to Twin Peaks" in song form. There's so many things you could do.

Hello

Hello everyone. I've been lurking around here for quite awhile now. When it comes to message boards I tend to shy away, but everyone here seems nice and respectable to other people's posts, so here I am. My name's Dave. I was at the 2004 Twin Peaks Festival, so I might have met some of you. I won th...
