Only 7 episodes left and all we have is this? I honestly couldn't be more dissapointed.

I'm quite sure this will be it. Apparently the show drastically differs from what Showtime originally envisioned and the ratings haven't been that good. I'm fine with only one season.

I'm pretty dissappointed in the Twin Peaks Reddit community. Here people are generally tolerant of those who've felt disappointed in the new series but there it mostly just seems to be hate.

I too belong to this group of people. Practically nothing is the same, they could just go ahead and change the title of the show to something else. Do anyone of you think that the show will become more grounded and have more scenes that are reminiscent of the old TP as it goes on, like some have suggested? Or do you think it will stay the same way stylistically.
