I really like Dick. He's smart enough to not appear completely dumb, but he is still dumb. He just doesn't really fit into Twin Peaks all that well.

I agree with all this, except the Andy Sperm thing. That story is silly, but in an enjoyable way. Fits into the show nicely, messing with the tone purposefully.

I'm heartbroken. She was one person I was looking forward to seeing, even if in just a cameo. Rest in Peace.
