Re: S3 Opening Crawl (POTENTIAL SPOILERS)
"I find your lack of [ Episode XXX ] disturbing." (Seriously though, broadcasters - to include Showtime - be damned for perpetuating the unofficial episode numbering, let alone those atrocious episode titles... That said, one of the worst, "May the Giant Be With You", does tie in...

Re: Josie the Shooter
When did they find the vicuna coat fibers outside of Coop's door? I think it was quite early on, which would suggest that Josie was intended as the shooter, or someone similarly fabulously attired (Dick Tremayne, anyone? ) Albert mentioned finding fibers in Ep 10; Cole reports that they were...

Re: Different Twin Peaks podcasts
I'd recommend the new Gifted and the Damned by Double P Podcasts. They've started off doing some excellent coverage of The Secret History . Fun, knowledgeable guys... Already among my handful of favorites. http://twinpeaksthegiftedandthedamned.libsyn.com/ https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/twin-pea...

Re: SPOILERS: The Secret History of Twin Peaks
Also-where did Mrs. Tremond get the diary page again? Was it Harold or did she find it? If she found it, I'm sure that Mrs. Chalfont/Tremond left it for her, right? The real Mrs. Tremond found it in her mail the morning after Harold died. It was in an envelope addressed to Donna Hayward in Harold's...

Re: SPOILERS: The Secret History of Twin Peaks
IIRC Leland had those pages last. After murdering Laura and dumping the body, his next stop was the Lodge. While they don't show what he does with them, pages are found near the Grove but there's no clear indication what they contain.n Sticking to the timeline established by the original run and FW...

Re: Josie the Shooter
My opinion: Josie was clearly unsettled when informed that the FBI was there to talk to her in Ep 1, but then she was given very deliberate motivation when being bullied by Hank right in Ep 7... "...say, you just got out of prison, where you went in for vehicular manslaughter as part of an agre...

Re: SPOILERS: The Secret History of Twin Peaks
We already know of one crossover from 6 Messiahs - Denver Bob appears in that book and SHoTP. I hadn't heard that before! Can you elaborate at all on DB's characterization in 6 Messiahs? Anything that lends credence to him having any relation to that other Bob? Unfortunately, 6 Messiahs appears to ...

Re: SPOILERS: The Secret History of Twin Peaks
As much as I'd like parsons to be the real identity of mike, parsons blows off his right arm. I'm pretty certain mike lost his left arm. 100% certain it was the left arm, with a "tattoo on the left shoulder". I see parallels with the characters, but wouldn't equate Parsons and Mike, myself.

Re: SPOILERS: The Secret History of Twin Peaks
Just noticed Robert Jacoby's pinky ring in the photo on page 135. I can't really make out any detail on it, but it is prominently displayed. Dare I conjecture that it could be THE ring? Sorry to waste time if someone's already mentioned this; at this point I'm reading this incredible tome with a ma...

I dont remember reading that he lost his hand.Which page is it on? Page 269. The tenants later admitted that, before police arrived, they disposed of hypodermic needles they found nearby. And the ring was always connected to MIKE in the movie after all... Don't forget that 98% of the new ch...

Re: SPOILERS: The Secret History of Twin Peaks
I seem to recall the book introducing the notion that the entities experienced may be extra-dimensional rather than extra-terrestrial. Dr. Hynek (real-life Bluebook alum who appeared in the book) put forth this notion as well. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._Allen_Hynek "...defending the EDI h...

Re: SPOILERS: The Secret History of Twin Peaks
Just finished the book and have lots of questions. 1.Instead of wearing the ring its written as worrying the ring.Did anyone else notice this? 2.Milford dies after Brigg's appearance right in the TV series right? 3.What did Milford and Nixon see in that dark room? 4.Is Gordon Cole upto something? 5...

Re: SPOILERS: The Secret History of Twin Peaks
As if wearing the ring and losing his arm wasn't Peaksy enough: "The official police report claims that Parsons was attempting to mix fulminate of mercury in a small coffee tin. Working quickly, and with sweaty hands, Parsons dropped the explosive mix. The blast ripped off his right arm... Memb...
