Re: Twin Peaks actors together outside TP

A few I could think of... Silent Night, Deadly Night 3: Better Watch Out (1989) - Richard Beymer - Eric DaRe Rich in Love (1992) - Kyle MacLachlan - Piper Laurie Ruby (1992) - Sherilyn Fenn - David Duchovny - Ritch Brinkley - Willie Garson Tales from the Crypt (HBO, TV), "Food for Thought,"...

Re: Conversations With Mark Frost: Twin Peaks, Hill Street Blues, and the Education of a Writer

I read it last night. Really terrific book with wonderful stories and insights from Frost. Obviously it focuses strongly on Twin Peaks and I was delighted to see Bushman ask so many detailed questions. And he did a good job on follow-up questions where Frost was perhaps initially being slightly vagu...

Re: Twin Peaks: From Z To A 12/10 & The Television Collection 10/15 Blu-Ray & DVD Sets

The makers of "Behind the Red Curtain" only made one chronological goof in the entire 18 part series -- the "What Story is that, Charlie?" scene with Audrey & Charlie is accidentally put in the Part 15 segment of Behind the Curtain instead of 13. I thought it was footage of ...

Re: Twin Peaks: From Z To A 12/10 & The Television Collection 10/15 Blu-Ray & DVD Sets

Not to toot my own horn, but as I expected, there are the ten discs from The Entire Mystery and the eight discs from A Limited Event Series, exactly as they were (including the BTS features with the Beymer docs, and the aggravating Wim Wenders imitator). There are also two additional discs, and tho...

Re: Twin Peaks: From Z To A 12/10 & The Television Collection 10/15 Blu-Ray & DVD Sets

I know you don't care about 3 (or even 6) more hours of BTS stuff. If the deduction you are responding to is true - that the existing footage will be spliced with new footage - it is somewhat disappointing, mainly because it makes watching both BTS features a tad redundant. But that footage - as I'...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

I didn't see that clip myself (is it available online? I have the blu-ray but so far haven't gotten around to wading through all that footage as there seems to be hours of it - i'd like to watch highlights from it/the best bits only), but I'm worried this may be the case here. This one: https://www...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

Remember Lynch exploding in the behind the scenes Season 3 footage: "I'm NOT WORKING this way again, EVER! THIS IS HORRIBLE!" I think he meant it. I don't think Lynch would ever again spend years writing a script, only to then spend months (a couple years?) negotiating over money, money, m...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

From a new interview Kyle did with DailyBeast:

I do dutifully ask him the lame Twin Peaks questions. Will there be another season? “I don’t think very likely, but never say never.” Would he want to do one another? “Yes, immediately. I would.”

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

One other thing about Peyton. In the 25 Years Later interview, he mentions in passing that Mark told him about the Return "early on." I can't find it right now, but I seem to recall another interview he gave he said Mark kept it a secret and didn't confide in Harley about it until a day or...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

I don't think he knew about it last time, so unless he's involved, there's no reason to think that they'd tell him about it this time. (Assuming that there's anything to tell.) He did, Peyton semi-confirmed that something was happening in the days before the official announcement of season 3. For w...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

I wouldn't put too much stock in tweets or other comments from actors at this stage of things. With an exception here and there, I suspect only Kyle would be told in advance about the series possibly continuing. Only after announcing it to the rest of the world would they go about contacting all the...

Re: Season 4? Or is it over after this?

My optimistic guess... they have a tentative agreement (with Showtime or elsewhere) about doing more and they have paid them to write something, and they'll submit it next year. On the 30th anniversary of Twin Peaks (April 2020), they will make the official announcement that more Twin Peaks is comin...

Re: Twin Peaks: From Z To A 12/10 & The Television Collection 10/15 Blu-Ray & DVD Sets

I hope to see the behind the scenes of the last episode with Carrie Page and Cooper in Odessa and Twin Peaks. I asked Mary Reber if she remembers Jason filming at her home but she doesn't. So let's hope! I've been wondering if Lynch may have asked Jason S. to keep more of a distance during the Palm...

Re: Twin Peaks: From Z To A & The Television Collection (Paramount) 10/15 & 12/10

Sounds very interesting. So we don't have complete specs but it seems we can maybe piece together what's on each? Twin Peaks from Z to A: Discs 1-10 - Same as "The Entire Mystery" with seasons 1, 2, FWWM, Missing Pieces, bonus features Discs 11-18 - Same as "Limited Series" 8-di...

Twin Peaks: From Z To A 12/10 & The Television Collection 10/15 Blu-Ray & DVD Sets

Obviously it would be a great surprise, but I truly believe that if there was another Missing Pieces type thing for The Return that it would have already been announced as it would be a major selling point. That is, unless they're saving it for the next release of the set. Which could honestly be c...
